Complementics Network End-User Opt Out
1. Opt out in your device settings
If end users do not want Complementics to identify their mobile device, they can: (a) delete the Customer app or adjust the in-app settings of the Customer app if the app makes that option available (this will limit data collection from this app alone); or (b) opt-out of sharing your mobile advertiser ID by limiting ad tracking on the device.
For iOS, navigate to your Settings > Select Privacy > Select Advertising > Enable the “Limit Ad Tracking” setting. For Android, open your Google Settings app > Ads > Enable “Opt out of interest-based advertising”.

2. Give us your device information
Please email privacy@complementics.com with your device info and we will block it from use in our system. If you need help locating your device info, get in touch and we will help.

Deletion Rights
If you wish to exercise your deletion rights, you may contact us by email at privacy@complementics.com. We will need your Device ID to be able to process your deletion request. Complementics will use the contact information you provide with your opt-out request solely to process and to respond to that request.
