2.1 Data Exchange. Complementics operates a mobile data exchange and provides location analytics. If you choose to participate in our data monetization program (e.g., via SDK or code snippet), such participation is governed by a separate Master Service Agreement (MSA) or Data Provider Agreement.
2.2 Accuracy of Data. While Complementics strives for high geolocation resolution and data accuracy, we do not warrant that any data, analytics, or audience insights provided via the Site are error-free, complete, or current.
3.1 Ownership. Excluding any User Content that you may provide, you acknowledge that all the intellectual property rights, including copyrights, patents, trademarks, and trade secrets, in the Site and its content are owned by Company or Company’s suppliers.
3.2 Trademarks. "Complementics," "eContext," and all related logos are trademarks of the Company. You are not permitted to use these marks without our prior written consent.
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use your information, including the collection of IP addresses, cookies, and device identifiers. Please review the Privacy Policy at complementics.com/privacy-policy.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites and services, and/or display advertisements for third parties. These Third-Party Links & Ads are not under the control of Company, and Company is not responsible for any Third-Party Links & Ads. Company provides access to these Third-Party Links & Ads only as a convenience to you.

Subject to this Section, these Terms will remain in full force and effect while you use the Site. We may suspend or terminate your rights to use the Site at any time for any reason at our sole discretion, including for any use of the Site in violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Chicago, Illinois.
